Shipping policy

We ship your order within 48 business hours and it will be delivered within 5-7 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location or product availability. We take stringent measures to ensure that your order is delivered fast and in proper packaging.

Please check the shipment address before placing the order and kindly, choose a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

All shipping charges are flat irrespective of the order size and weight on orders below INR 699.

Orders above INR 699 is eligible for free delivery. There is a charges for COD orders.

Packaging

All orders will be delivered to you in our packaging and then placed inside standard packaging of courier partners to ensure your order is adequately protected in transit.

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer support team on +91 8910371276  or info@yellowbee.online. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

Shipment Tracking

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you with order details and a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Contact us for any queries.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Please contact us for assistance.

Damaged, Incorrect or Undelivered Product

If you have received a Damaged, Incorrect product, we will provide you with an exchange or full refund for damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) as per our *exchange and return policy*
