We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Yellow Bee. If for any reason you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- Items must be in unused and unaltered condition with original tags and invoice.

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

- Please note return and/or exchange cannot be done for certain products like skincare, feeding essentials due to hygiene reasons.

  1. Exchanges:

We are pleased to offer a one-time exchange for your purchased product for a different size only.

Note: Exchanges for different sizes are subject to product availability.

  1. Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  1. Defective/ Incorrect Product Received:

- If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team on +91 8910371276 or e-mail us at info@yellowbee.online with valid images or videos as proof.

- We will provide you with an exchange or full refund for damaged, defective or incorrect item(s).

Our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order if it has not been shipped already, after which the order cannot be cancelled.

If it is a pre-paid order, the customer will be refunded back the amount in his bank account as soon as the order is cancelled.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

 Refund Policy:

 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made to your Bank account only.
